Nick Parenti is Co-Founder of Transformance, the AI-native order-to-cash platform for enterprise finance teams. He leads the technical architecture and domain modelling behind ClaimIQ, ClearMatch, CashPulse, and the Vero finance agent. Nick spent over a decade implementing enterprise finance solutions at PwC and BioNTech, where he led large-scale order-to-cash deployments across Europe. The pattern repeated every engagement: AR, deductions, and cash application workflows running on legacy rules engines, OCR templates that broke whenever a retailer changed format, and finance teams writing macros to bridge the gap. After enough projects measuring success in invoices processed per hour rather than insights delivered, he became convinced the next generation of finance software needed to be built on deep neural networks and AI agents from the ground up, not bolted onto a 2010s SAP add-on. Transformance is the platform he wished existed during those implementations. His technical stack reflects that bet: vision-language models for retailer document ingestion, graph-based retrieval for cross-system investigation, and persistent agent memory that learns each customer's reason-code quirks rather than relying on hardcoded rules. Nick holds a double major in Chemical Engineering and Economics from the University of Michigan, where his quantitative training shaped a preference for measurable system behaviour over vendor narratives. He earned a Master in Entrepreneurship from the joint program run by the London School of Economics and the University of Michigan. He is based in Hamburg, Germany, where Transformance is headquartered.
